Setting up alerts with MSGCU's new mobile banking. Log in to Mobile Banking with the usernsame and password you set up when you registered. You'll see the Accounts screen when you first log in. Select the menu in the top left portion of the screen. Scroll down to Manage Alerts. You can customize alerts for your account, for example, anytime you make a change to your contact information, or every time you log in. And you can set alerts for each account. Perhaps you want to get alerted if your checking account goes below one hundred dollars. Let's do this together as an example. In the Manage Alerts page, click on the account named checking. In our example, we want to set an alert if our checking goes below one hundred dollars. So we'll select "Balance Alert." Select "Add new alert." Since we want an alert when our checking account goes below one hundred dollars, we'll select "below" and then add in 100 to the text box. Choose if you want your notification in an email or push notification, or both. Touch Save. You'll see a confirmation message and the blue toggle button will be turned to on. You'll now will be notified if your checking account goes below one hundred dollars. And as always, we're here to help you. Stop into a branch, chat with us online or give us a call.
